Allo scopo sopra indicato, KM Holding ha acquistato le quote di maggioranza di alcune società e si propone di integrare i prodotti ed i servizi offerti dalle diverse società del gruppo. KM Holding, inoltre, crea valore aggiunto aggregando diverse realtà e creando sinergie tra le aziende in portafoglio.
